Oh wow, this is a gorgeous image, almost timeless, classic. At first the fabric in the background looked like a prayer shawl to me, so I associated the diary/book with the Torah. I like the handwriting as well, it lends to the old-fashioned feeling I get. Very vignetter-like; I love the softness and the lighting.
